9ice (conceived Alexander Abolore Adegbola Adigun Alapomeji Ajifolajifaola,on 17 January 1980)[citation needed] is a Nigerian performer. 9ice is a south-westerner from Ogbomoso in Oyo State yet he experienced childhood in the locale of Bariga in Lagos.
At the March 2008 version of the Hip Hop World Awards held in Nigeria, 9ice won the Revelation of the Year grant and the Best Male Vocal Performer. After a month at the first SoundCity Music Video Awards, 9ice was selected in the classification of Best New Artiste. 9ice’s greatest single is titled “Gongo Aso”. He is the originator of Alapomeji Records.
In 2014, 9ice uncovered that he was going to challenge for a political office in his local Ogbomosho in Oyo state. He later joined the All Progressive Congress (APC) and pronounced his enthusiasm to challenge for a seat at the Federal House of Representatives. He later missed out amid the primaries. 9ice was later named as a Special Adviser to the Oyo state Governor, Senator Abiola Ajimobi.
