The Northern Elders Forum (NEF) has scored president Muhammadu Buhari low on security particularly in the north.
Ango Abdullahi, the convener of the gathering while at the same time talking by means of an announcement on Sunday says it shows up Buhari and northern governors have lost control and can no longer ensure the security of lives and properties as cherished in the constitution.
