Stating this on Friday, the Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC) of INEC in the state, Amb. Rufus Akeju told newsmen that the fiery blaze began at about 7:30 pm after the workplace had been shut for the afternoon.
As indicated by him, 5,141 keen card perusers were obliterated in the fire.
Mr. Akeju focused on that things could have been more terrible, had it not been for the ideal intercession of the men of the Ondo State Fire Service, Federal Fire Service, and fire administration authorities from Ilesa, Osun State.
