The administration of Access Bank Plc has reported the movement of its administrative center from Danmole Street in the Victoria Island pivot of Lagos State to another area in the business city.
The bank made this known in a revelation notice sent to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) on Thursday.
The notification, marked by Sunday Ekwochi, the organization secretary, expressed that the new base camp would be on No 14/15, Prince Alaba Oniru Road, Oniru, Lagos.
The bank said this migration would be powerful from month end.
“Access Bank Plc wishes to advise the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), its investors and the overall population of the difference in the bank’s enlisted head office address from Plot 999c, Danmole Street, Victoria Island, Lagos to No 14/15, Prince Alaba Oniru Road, Oniru, Lagos,” the bank said.
The notification asked the NSE and the partners to “benevolently alter your records as needs be.”

Access Bank has worked from its administrative center on Plot 999c, Danmole Street, Victoria Island, Lagos for right around 10 years.
In 2012, the bank moved from its previous Corporate Head Office in Oyin Jolayemi Street to previous Intercontinental Bank Plc Headquarters at Plot 999C, Danmole Street likewise in Victoria Island, Lagos.
The choice came after the bank declared a merger and securing manage the dead Intercontinental Bank plc.
Access Bank said at the time that the new Corporate Office at Plot 999C; Danmole Street would give the bank amplified space and upgraded ability to convey brilliant support of its partners.

In December 2018, the administration of Diamond Bank reported its merger with Access Bank.
“The proposed merger would include Access Bank procuring the whole given offer capital of Diamond Bank in return for a blend of money and offers in Access Bank by means of a Scheme of Merger. In view of the understanding came to by the Boards of the two money related organizations, Diamond Bank investors will get a thought of N3.13 per share, including N1.00 per share in real money and the distribution of two (2) New Access Bank customary offers for each seven (7) Diamond Bank conventional offers held as at the Implementation date,” the bank said at that point.
Access bank has since assumed control over Diamond Bank.
In April 2019, after the obtaining, Diamond Bank was delisted from the exchanging foundation of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
