Bankole James Tope known for his stage name “FREEMAAN” is a Nigerian singer and songwriter. Freemaan is one of the fast rising up coming artist that are moving towards the limelight in the Nigerian Music Industry, his genre is that of Afro pop. Freemaan started his singing career at the age of 13 and recorded his first song “Dance for me”, an afrobeat tune, at the age of 14.
Freemaan was born in Oyo state Nigeria and he studied at the Federal Polytechnic Ado Ekiti, according to him, he was inspired by the likes of Radio & weasel and Sean Kingston whom he used to get inspired with there life styles.
