Bayern Munich have no intention to send midfielder, Philippe Coutinho back to Barcelona before the end of his loan spell at Allianz Arena, Goal reports.
The Bundesliga champions are willing to allow the 27-year-old to complete his loan deal at the club.
“As agreed, the player [Coutinho] stays in Munich for at least the rest of the season,” A club spokesman said as quoted by Goal. “Everything else is made up.”
It was reported that Coutinho joined the Bundesliga champions for €8.5 million on a season-long loan from Barcelona last year.
Coutinho won four titles at Barcelona since joining the club from Liverpool in January 2018.

The Brazilian played 75 games for Barcelona in all competitions and scored 21 goals, providing 11 assists.
Speaking on Coutinho’s situation Bayern’s interim manager, Hansi Flick recently said: “Philippe is a gifted soccer player but he still needs to interact more with his team-mates.
“I don’t think we’ve integrated him enough yet [to see his best]. The training camp was very good for him. There are a lot of things planned for next week, like ball work.
“Hopefully, he’ll progress further again and show what class he has.”
