Buhari Appoints Muhammad Abdallah As NDLEA Boss

President Muhammadu Buhari has selected Muhammad Abdallah as the new Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of the National Drugs Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA.

The Secretary to Government of the Federation, Babachir Lawal, made the declaration on Monday through an announcement marked by Bolaji Adebiyi, Director of Press, SGF Office.

By proclamation, the arrangement which produces results from January 11 will be for an initial residency of five years.

Mr. Abdallah, a resigned Lieutenant Colonel in the Nigeria Army, has a Certificate of Education from Nigeria Defense Academy in 1977, a Bachelor’s Degree in American Politics and Government from Sam Houston State University, Huntville, Texas, USA in 1989, a M. A. Open Administration, LLB and LLM Degrees from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria 2005 and 2011 individually and Bachelor of Law from the Nigeria Law School in 2006.

The announcement noticed that Mr. Abdallah is a Professional Security Officer whose open administration vocation spread over more than 30 years amid which he served in different limits and vital positions in the military.

Conceived on November 13, 1954, the new NDLEA manager is from Hong, Adamawa State.
