A Kaduna state judge court along Ibrahim Taiwo Road has conceded Audu Maikori, Chocolate City manager, abandon Monday as indicated by his legal counselor.
Mr. John Danfulani, a legal counselor and partner of Mr. Audu said his customer got the abandon “extremely liberal terms”.
He was indicted by cops and the Director of Public Prosecution in Kaduna State, Dari Bayero, Mr. Danfulani said.
Mr. Maikori was blamed for inducing savagery by the Kaduna State Government over tweets he posted in which he claimed death of some state’s school of Education understudies in unsettled Southern Kaduna.
Mr. Danfulani said Audu was allowed safeguard in the wake of being charged surprisingly on Monday, under the dubious Cybercrime Act.
The matter has been dismissed till May 24, 2017.
