[E!News] Olamide: “I Dropped Out Of TASUED When My Parents Could Not Pay My School Fees”

 

Well-known hip-hop act and YBNL manager, Olamide Adedeji, otherwise called Badoo has said that he dropped out of school however he could make it in life by finding his ability and through dint of diligent work.

He likewise recognized train, duty and being engaged as the catalyst for his accomplishments in life.

Olamide said these on Friday when he went as a special visitor of honor at the Summer camp sorted out by the Ogun State government at Akin Ogunpoola Model College, Akinale in Ewekoro Local Government Area of the state.

The performer said he was resolved to prevail in life despite given the stark reality that his parents were poor, and were not ready to pay his school expenses at the higher institution.

He stated, “I am from Ogun State here, I don’t joke with my way of life and dialect, actually, I originated from a poor foundation. I needed to drop out of Tai Solarin University of Education, Ijagun, Ijebu Ode, when it was getting troublesome for my folks to pay my school charges.

“However with firmness, persistence and diligent work I could get myself where I am today.”

He encouraged the students at the camp to dependably set out to appear as something else and avoid unnecessary peer pressure.

Prior in his concise acquaintance of the visitor with the campers, the state Governor Senator Ibikunle Amosun advised the young boys and girls to be diligent, hardworking and be consistent in whatever they do.

Governor Amosun who was represented by the State Commissioner for Information and Strategy, Otunba Dayo Adeneye exhorted them to make progress toward the best in their scholarly interest.

While he advised the youths to broaden the learning picked up at the camp to their kith and families, the senator guaranteed that his organization stayed focused on the advancement of training.

He said the segment would stay fundamental in the plan of things in the state.
