Earlier today, May 15th 2018, Honorable David Ajobiewe celebrated his birthday at one of the  Islamic orphanage home within the town.

Though, a devoted Christian, but he choses to use this to pass a loud message across, which  indicates that he doesn’t discriminate against any religion whatsoever as with funfair and gladness of heart, he celebrated with the Muslim motherless children!

At his visit to the ISLAMIC OPHANAGE HOME, he  presented relief materials, which includes: cartons of Indomie brand of Noodles, biscuits, toiletries, beverages, Drinks, cake, cooked food and some cash donations to go with it. This was a huge celebration that further financially boosted the morals of the orphanage home.

They are humans like us who lack love from others and that is why I am here to celebrate with them so as to give them a sense of belonging. The worst thing that can happen to anybody is to live in isolation. Living a life with no one to care for you is not easy.”

Hon David Ajobiewe promised to always visit the motherless home from time-to-time, even as he called on well-meaning indigenes of the State, cooperate organizations and other stakeholders to always extend these similar hands of love to the poor through cash or material donations in order to give the children a sense of belonging.

In his words, ALHAJI LATEEF, The Director of the orphanage home, in his response stated that, this act of kindness which Hon David has shown us  that today is greatly appreciated us, and we will never forget this day.”

The director however used the occasion to further appeal for more, saying; “we lack government assistance and we want to implore you to please help us urge them to assist the orphanage in order to  render love to the children.”
