A man was apprehended on Friday night while on an underwear stealing purpose in Delta state. The suspect was reportedly stuck by local vigilante in Agbarha place of the state after he allegedly stole a bra and was seeking out panties to thieve to complete his assignment.
When he was quizzed through the safety operatives, the suspect allegedly confessed that a man whom he asked to reveal him the way to make money advised him to head and locate in which to hustle panties and bra before he facilitates him.
He was instructed after picking or stealing the items, he have to meet him at a famous Tozak hotel in Ughelli location.
