The Presidency says President Muhammadu Buhari has no declaration case holding tight his neck as being implied in a few quarters.
Garba Shehu, the Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity to the President, gave this illumination while responding to theSunday Punch daily paper where the president was highlighted among unmistakable Nigerians the paper claims have certificate scandals.
