[News] : EFCC raids company belonging to Jonathan’s cousin in Bayelsa

Agents of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), yesterday, attacked an organization, Kakatar CE Ltd., having a place with previous president Goodluck Jonathan’s cousin, Mr. Robert Azibola, at Otakeme in Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.

As per examinations, the EFCC agents numbering 10, joined by 40 equipped policemen, raged the premises and annoyed staff members of the organization.

The organization, in an announcement by its Manager, Public Affairs, Austin Ekeinde, blamed the EFCC for attacking the premises without a court order.

Ekeinde, in an announcement, additionally blamed the EFCC for vandalizing machines and hardware.

While bringing up that blameless villagers were likewise hassled, he said after their inquiry nothing was found

“Amid the operation, the EFCC agents likewise ambushed bystanders and grabbed their telephones. No court order was delivered in spite of rehashed demand by security protects on obligation even as the EFCC agents over and over debilitated and ambushed them.
