Omokri, in series of tweets on Friday, December 9, expressed worry that Christians in Nigeria are keeping quiet as the Shiites suffered because they were not Muslims.

He hinted that the Christians could also be persecuted soon and wondered what the Christians would do when such a time comes.

Omokri’s words come just as former aviation minister and a prominent player in the Jonathan administration Femi Fani-Kayode also slammed Kaduna state governor Nasir El-Rufai for declaring Shiites as terrorists in his domain.
