FasasiA 53 yr old man, Promise Eshiet, told an Ogba Chief Magistrate Court how he has been snoozing together with his 13-yr-old daughter for the past 3 years.
The accused blamed satan for his action, announcing was attracted by his daughter’s beauty.
Eshiet, who resides at Ogbeni Street in Sangotedo, Ajah location of Lagos, always regarded to the ground in the course of the listening to.
He stated he deflowered her in 2015 while she was 10.
The prosecutor, Mr. Christopher John, stated the defendant was the biological father of the victim and that the problem turned into a case of incest.
He said it was the daughter that made it known when she became tired of the trauma, leading to the arrest of the father, at the same time as the victim was rescued and sent to protective custody for rehabilitation.
The Presiding Magistrate, Mr. Peter Nwaka, ordered Eshiet to be remanded in prison, and directed the prosecutor to copy his file and ship to DPP for recommendation.
