[News] Residents Destroy Ellen Sirleaf Johnson Signpost Recently Erected In Owerri (Pics)

Reports have it that Imo citizens have destroyed the Ellen Sirleaf Johnson avenue sign which was constructed by  governor Rochas Okorocha in Owerri, the state capital – in a bid to reveal their displeasure with it.

The Liberian president, Ellen Johnson-Sirleaf, was honored last year November with a statue and a signpost by Imo country governor; Rochas Okorocha. Just like Jacob Zuma of South Africa and Nana Ado Akufo of Ghana, the Liberian chief was inducted within the Imo Hall of Fame, acquired Imo Merit Award and her statue also unveiled in her honour.

This did no longer pass down nicely with many Nigerians specially imolites who heavily criticized and condemned the governor for honoring overseas leaders and “doing less” for his people in Imo state.

Now it seems a few residents have made their threats actual by using destroying the signpost.

The different statues are placed on the Ikemba Ojukwu Square that is closely guarded.

A man born without a joystick has lost his virginity aged 45 thanks to a bionic manhood made from his own skin.
