Sexual Ritual: Ibadan Chief Shaves Pubic Hair Of 2 Sisters, Aged 13 & 17

A 60-year-old traditional chief in Ibadan got arrested for supposedly mishandling two female minors.

The suspect was said to have caused the two minors, who are siblings, to shave off their pubic hair, and put his finger in their genitals.

The suspect, known as Mogaji of Ori Aare compound, was accused of tricking the two young ladies, one matured 17, the other 13, into his home and made them shave their pubic hair. Subsequently, he supposedly pressed the hair in a bit of paper, added gator pepper, and requested that they cover it around their home. He likewise purportedly cautioned the kids against educating their folks or anyone concerning their experience.
