Two Manchester United youngsters have confirmed they’re leaving.
Kayne Diedrick-Roberts and Faustin Makela have left the club.
Academy captain Callum Whelan confirmed Diedrick-Roberts’ departure in an Instagram Story earlier this month.
Makela, 17, was hampered by growth-related injuries which restricted him to just one academy start in successive seasons before his final campaign with the club.
Congo-born midfielder Makela made his Under-23 debut at Leicester in April but had already embarked on a youth loan with League One Bury due to a lack of playing time.
