Do you want it? Sure. Is it to your length? Yes.
But according to the ‘Bra Whisperer’, aka Chantelle Crabb, a lot of us are in truth doing ourselves a disservice by way of deciding on the wrong bra on every occasion.
No matter the scale of your breast , a bra have to be supportive and there are two important standards wherein we are failing.
Thankfully, Chantelle has highlighted these two areas and offers some guidance on what to do.
1. The back band
As well as being the ‘Bra Whisperer’, Chantelle is also the PR and Marketing executive at Curvy Kate , and she told Revelist , “The biggest mistake women make when buying bras is choosing a back band which is much too big for them.”
Signs that the back band is ill-fitting are if it curves upwards at the back, or of the under-wiring digs in.
According to her guidelines, we need to reduce our back band by TWO sizes.
This then means we need to go up by about to two cup sizes to “even this out”.
So, for example, ” if a woman thinks she’s a 34DD, chances are she’s more like a 30F.” Which brings us on to the next point nicely…
